If you are interested in being part of a group that includes a supportive team of therapists, coverage of your after-hours emergencies and efficient billing staff then NCSS is the place for you.  The ideal candidate will have a specific interest in working with children/youth.  Candidate will have experience working with a range of disorders and be comfortable with brief and group treatment models.  Some evening hours required.  Must be licensed or licensure eligible.

•Experience and familiarity with trauma informed care •Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis •Skills in working with LGBTQ community •Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies •Ability to provide necessary self-care •Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other clinic staff •Awareness of personal strengths and appropriate timing for referrals •Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
Masters degree plus license in mental health field.
