Are you interested in being part of a group that includes a supportive team of therapists, coverage of your after-hours emergencies and efficient billing staff? The ideal candidate will be trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, have experience working with a wide range of disorders, and be comfortable with brief and group treatment models. Applicant must be interested in working with children and youth. MSW/LICSW or LCMHC preferred. Evening hours required.

Our clinic offers excellent benefits, is located close to Interstate 89 and is a short commute from Burlington and surrounding areas.

•Experience and familiarity with trauma informed care •Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis •Skills in working with LGBTQ community •Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies •Ability to provide necessary self-care •Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other clinic staff •Awareness of personal strengths and appropriate timing for referrals •Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
Masters degree plus license in mental health field.
