Our Community Rehabilitation & Treatment team is hiring for our residential program.  Candidates must be caring and team-oriented and will work in the Therapeutic Community Residence.  We are currently seeking a candidate to work full-time awake overnights.  Responsibilities include providing a supportive environment to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, assisting in problem solving issues, behavioral intervention, crisis support and providing strength-based education with the goal of recovery.  Applicants must have moderate computer skills, good communication skills, be compassionate, be organized and be a strong team player.  Knowledge of mental illness is preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, preferred, however an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered.  Applicants must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and be able to transport clients.  Competitive wages and a sign on bonus.
