Juvenile Treatment Court Case Manager

Seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Franklin County Juvenile Treatment Court. This position will apply program support to juveniles with co-occurring disorders and a history of delinquent charges.  Primary duties include:  developing case plans; facilitating access to services and monitoring participant progress; following judicial directives; assessing program and participant needs; ensuring a continuum of service delivery from advocacy to treatment; monitoring the effectiveness of services and communicating client’s program compliance; comparing data and compiling reports. Candidate will participate in Treatment Court events, meetings and court sessions. Candidate will perform drug screening and breathalyzer testing and must be organized and possess a high level of administrative skills. Flexible hours are necessary with evening and limited weekend hours.  Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field required.

The individual should be self-motivated, organized and a team player. This position requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle with current registration, state inspection, and appropriate insurance.
Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field required.
