Position	Interactive Community Advocate
Description	The Transitional Support Team is seeking an energetic candidate to provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, enjoy working on a team setting and is flexible. Must also be willing to transport individuals in a 11 passenger vehicle. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
