Contracted Respite Staff-Deaf Services

Seeking energetic male candidates to provide weekend respite services for a man living in Elmore, who is deaf. Receive a generous reimbursement while providing a learning environment, with consistent role modeling. We are looking for individuals that are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) or willing to learn through accelerated ASL training. Looking for candidates with positive attitude; supportive presence; flexible schedule; prior experience working with people who have intellectual disabilities; and the ability to provide a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment. Experience working with individuals with significant behavioral challenges.
