Contracted Community Support Provider

We are seeking a provider that is interested in providing community supports to a female that is interested in hockey, Zumba, physical activity, other sports, photography, retail therapy and overall increased access to her community and the surrounding area.  This position offers a competitive hourly wage, mileage reimbursement and potential for growth within the position.  Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  Schedule is Mondays & Thursdays 9AM-3PM – 12 hours weekly.  For more information or to apply, please email nicole.burnell@ncssinc.org.
