The Community Support Team is looking for a strong team player to provide case management services to adults with severe mental illness. You would be responsible for delivering services in a variety of community-based settings related to supportive counseling, symptom management, activities of daily living, social and interpersonal skills development, money management and advocacy. Positive attitude, team-oriented and organization are key skills! Case management with mental health experience is a plus; however we will train the right individual. You must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however an Associate’s degree in the Human Services field and/or relevant experience will be considered. Our clinic is located close to interstate 89 and is a short commute from Burlington and surrounding areas.
