Community Support Worker

The Community Support Team is looking for strong team players to provide case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsible for delivering services in a variety of community-based settings related to supportive counseling, symptom management, activities of daily living, social and interpersonal skills development, money management and advocacy. Good attitude, team-oriented and organized are key skills! Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients. Bachelor’s degree preferred, however an Associate’s degree in the Human Service field and/or relevant experience will be considered.
