Behavior Interventionist - Developmental Services

Therapeutic Community Integration Services is seeking energetic candidates to provide support for individuals with emotional and behavioral issues at our 24/7 staffed residential setting in Franklin County and in the community. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong and supportive presence; prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions. The willingness to engage individuals with therapeutic interventions; and the ability to provide a highly structured, consistent, predictable and therapeutic environment. Experience working with individuals who display significant behavioral challenges in residential and community settings, or more structured therapeutic settings preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation and clear background screenings.
