Applied Behavior Services Behavior Specialist

The newly developed Applied Behavior Services Team is seeking Behavior Specialists for our growing team. A Behavior Specialist is responsible for providing behavioral support, skill instruction, and data collection for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders in home and community settings. Excellent opportunity for advanced training in applied behavior analysis (including BCBA supervision), autism, verbal behavior, and associated interventions. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field; experience working with children a plus. This is a full-time with accrued vacation time.

This position requires team work, flexibility, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Basic conceptual and practical knowledge of applied behavior analysis is essential, as is a willingness to pursue further training in this area.
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Graduate work in applied behavior analysis preferred.
