Adolescent Services Specialist

NCSS is seeking a dynamic team member to support adolescents in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. The position will provide clinical behavioral health case management services to encourage positive youth development. Roles and responsibilities include: supporting youth with career counseling, educational obtainment, leadership skill building, as well as numerous other services in advancing skills supportive of transition to adulthood. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, detail-oriented and possess a strength-based approach to working with adolescents and their families. Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse is preferred. Candidates should be self-motivated and organized to work independently and be collaborative as part of a team. Flexibility in hours is needed as there may be some evening or weekend commitments. Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services field, valid driver’s license, passed background checks and reliable transportation are required.
