Progressive mental health program is seeking a caring, motivated and team-oriented female to work one-on-one with a female in her private residence and in the community. Responsibilities include providing a supportive environment to a woman with severe and persistent mental illness, assisting in problem solving issues, behavioral interventions and providing strength based education with the goal of recovery. Applicants must have good communication skills, be compassionate, be organized, and be a strong team player. Knowledge of mental illness is preferred. A valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to transport clients in your vehicle is required, along with computer skills. Competitive wages. Female required.  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, preferred, however an Associates Degree with relevant experience will be considered.  This is a full-time, asleep overnight position, but would consider applicants interested in working part-time and on a substitute basis as well.

Residential experience a plus, however willing to train the right person.
