Our Mission

To create employment opportunities through access to vocational services. To facilitate independent life skills through access to habilitation services. To optimize natural supports by facilitating access to and encourage use of all community resources. To ensure that individuals, families and the community are partners in determining the direction of NCSS Developmental services, through forums and groups for active involvement and ideas exchange. To maximize available services through efficient and responsible deployment of financial and in-kind resources
